SIS 12 Week Project
As I mentioned on the gym membership page a lot of people have no idea what to do in the gym or how to follow a structured training program. No matter what your training level is everyone can benefit from training partners and being coached. We have multiple National & World Champions at our gym who all need coaching and receive programming.
The 12 Week Project is a small personal training group. Over the 12 weeks you will be coached by your trainer who will oversee all your training, programming, nutrition and assessments.
Every 4 weeks you will be progressed on to a new training program and receive new assessments. The 12 week project is perfect for anybody starting off, looking for a kick start, or just needing some accountability in their training.
Each group is capped at 4 people to ensure everyone receives individualised training and monitoring. We will also include our gym membership and classes to help you get extra training in during the 12 weeks and make as much progress as possible!!!
