SIS Project is home to Ireland's strongest female strength athletes. We have more female lifters than any other gym in the country as well as the strongest!

STRENGTH TRAINING 

Strength training is without doubt the most effective way to consistent health and progress. Strength training allows you to build a foundation and base no matter what your goal is! One of the most important things when it comes to building strength is lifting technique. With poor technique you will soon find yourself in the physio room rather than the weights room. We pride our self's on being one of the most technical gyms in the country as well as the strongest.

THE LIFTS

Our training consists around the main three lifts squat, bench and deadlift. Unlike Olympic lifting most people can perform these lifts or very slight variations of them. We focus on other exercises as well from body weight to other variations of the " big 3 ". Anyone who starts with us must have their technique and general mobility assessed before progressing on to different variations and heavier weight.
